Raya Zuzak

Raya Zuzak is the founder and driving force behind ZBooks. With many years of experience – and a solid decade in customer service before that – she brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of people to the world of bookkeeping.

For Raya, financial management isn’t just about compliance or clean books. It’s about giving small business owners the clarity and confidence to make smart, strategic decisions. Her approach is grounded in integrity, follow-through, and personalized service.

Outside the spreadsheets, Raya is a proud childless cat lady, a writer and musician, and a loyal Peloton devotee. She’s built ZBooks not just as a business, but as a people-first workplace that reflects her belief in doing excellent work – and enjoying the ride while you do it.

Carissa Teichroeb

Carissa is ZBooks’ longest-standing team member, bringing five years of experience, sharp bookkeeping skills, and a seriously great sense of humor to the table.

She’s known around the office for keeping things running smoothly – and keeping everyone laughing. Whether she’s managing client accounts or cracking a perfectly timed joke, Carissa brings equal parts precision and personality to everything she does.

When she’s not working, she’s busy being an awesome mom to her daughter… and yes, it’s true – the guy who delivers our office supplies is completely smitten.

Korinne Konnor

Korinne Konnor is the newest addition to the ZBooks team, bringing two years of bookkeeping experience and a solid background in management and the nonprofit world.

She’s detail-oriented, incredibly organized, and always brings a calm, collected energy to the office – even when the numbers get messy. Outside of work, Korinne is a proud cable TV loyalist (yes, it’s still a thing), a die-hard Real Housewives fan, and the reigning champ of longest neighborhood walks. You’ll usually find her deep in spreadsheets – or deep in a Bravo marathon.
